"I have lived in WFB for almost 20 years. It's a terrific place to raise a family with plenty of things to do in the village for kids and adults. The crossing guards knew my kids by name, and always had a treat for our dog when I would walk the kids to or from school. Parks abound, and shopping, cafes, salons, etc. are minutes away by foot. Downtown and the East Side are easy to get to, either via the highway or down beautiful Lake Drive. It is nice to see WFB moving in the direction of Shorewood with the building of Beaumont Place. Hopefully this will begin to create some of the revival that Shorewood has experienced in its business district, along with creating higher-end housing options available to people who may not want to buy, but do want to live/stay in WFB."

"Near parks, near the Bayshore Mall, near the Village of Whitefish Bay, with proud homeowners, this area is famous for its schools and community."

"Walk to schools, library, events and entertainment."
