I live in a ADU in the back yard of the property, so backyard access is limited. You'll have complete privacy in the house, and the front porch/back deck/ Rose Patio are all yours.

Portland tennis center, two rock climbing gyms. a few breweries some of the apartment buildings have their own in facility dog runs and pee fake turf that has a water cleaning feature."
