3. Security Deposit:

Security Deposit: 5500
Refundable within 21 days after the lease term ends, subject to any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.

4. Utilities:

Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to water, electricity, gas, internet, and cable.

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

Tenants are responsible for reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Landlord will cover the cost of routine maintenance, while tenants are responsible for any damages caused by negligence.

6. Pets:

Pets may be allowed with prior written consent from the landlord.
A refundable pet deposit of 1000 is required.

7. Subleasing:
Subleasing is not permitted without the written consent of the landlord.

8. Property Inspections:
Landlord reserves the right to conduct periodic inspections with reasonable advance notice to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with the lease agreement.

9. Termination:
Termination of the lease requires written notice from either party at least 60 days prior to the intended move-out date.
