One bedroom apartment attached to owner occupied Historic house in Downtown Boulder @ SW corner of 15th & Mapleton, Available June 1st.
Suited for one person. No smoking and no pets please. Separate front and rear entrances, separately metered for your gas and electric. Water and trash service included in rent. Best of both worlds w/ 3 blocks from Downtown Pearl St. Mall but in Downtown Boulder's Whittier residential neighborhood.
Hardwood floors, top/down soft shade blinds, newer refrigerator, hot water heater and windows and doors. West facing outdoor deck space looking into the backyard and up to the foothills. Foot thick masonry stone walls separating our living space from the rental apartment....no noise between living spaces. My wife and I live in the main house. We've owned and occupied the home 42 years, raised two daughters and have enjoyed our rental tenants as neighbors and friends.
Sorry, there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer or driveway off-street parking.
On street parking only. Whittier Neighborhood parking plan "windshield stickers" available for purchase through the City for residents allowing 24/7 on street parking and temporary guest passes.
The Catalpa tree blooms on June 15th, the Rose of Sharon blooms July 15th. Flowers, bushes, green mature landscaping.
Walk walk walk to Pearl St. Mall, Mtn Sun, Illegal Petes, Coffee shops, Boulderado, RTD bus station, Ideal Market, Moe's Bagels, Sweet Cow, Mt. Sanitas and Dakota Ridge loops.
Rental layout includes front door into living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower/bathtub, "bedroom" accessed via ladder into second story loft room (full standing head room and full window) .... Dedicated outdoor deck on west side out the "back" kitchen door. Storage through access doors in the two attic eve's off the loft bedroom, and traditional closet on main floor. Window A/C unit supplied if desired.
Very quaint, livable, safe. Great Downtown location. Approx. 550 square feet with efficient space planning for one person.
One year lease with a one month security deposit.
This is not your typical large property management company renting a generic apartment. We are long-term hands-on owners/neighbors looking for a good neighbor all while maintaining your privacy.
