The house is in the Rancho San Diego Association (up Austin Dr. behind Monte Vista High School), and so you will have access to two parks with pools, basketball & tennis courts, etc.

We are ideally looking for working professionals (with recent work history) or college students between 21-35. No e-commerce entrepreneurs or dispensaries please. 420 OK, pets not OK (we have a dog who doesn't like other animals), no couples please. Washer and Dryer are on-site.

Utilities are shared (60-80 SDGE / 10-15 Water / 30 Internet) and there is NO air conditioning (but there are only a few really warm days per year).
