2 Rooms are available in a great, quiet, and safe neighborhood. One "Master Bedroom" with attached (shared) bathroom ($950), and 1 slightly smaller room ($850). $550 Deposit.

The house is in the Rancho San Diego Association (up Austin Dr. behind Monte Vista High School), and so you will have access to two parks with pools, basketball & tennis courts, etc.

We are ideally looking for working professionals (with recent work history) or college students between 21-35. No e-commerce entrepreneurs or dispensaries please. 420 OK, pets not OK (we have a dog who doesn't like other animals), no couples please. Washer and Dryer are on-site.

Utilities are shared (60-80 SDGE / 10-15 Water / 30 Internet) and there is NO air conditioning (but there are only a few really warm days per year).
