Large main bedroom fits a king bed comfortably and includes a private patio and access to the back yard. The second bedroom is great for a guest room, kid's room, or office space! The 3rd bedroom also makes an excellent office as it is a bit separate from the other two bedrooms.

There is also a large concrete patio - perfect for a grill, or outdoor dining space.

Bathroom is a good size with a full bath tub and shower.

Apartment is zoned to Lone Peak Elementary (very short walking distance), Indian Hills Middle School, and Alta High School in the highly rated Canyons School District.

The apartment also includes one dedicated off-street parking spot, plentiful street parking is available. Private entrance to apartment in the rear of the house.
