The common areas are fully equipped with a mounted 82" smart TV, two eero wifi extender/mesh routers, couches, a large dining table, bar/wine rack, kitchen appliances (including two ovens, gas stove, dishwasher, commercial blender, air fryer, dishware, cookware, extra pantry storage space, and more). There is also a guest-friendly loft with a queen bed, privacy screen for visitors and an extra closet for tenant use.
Enjoy a beautiful front yard garden with vibrant flowers and back yard with growing fruit trees, a small greenhouse and six planter beds available for gardening enthusiasts. The backyard also includes patio furniture, a BBQ, and a smoker perfect for outdoor gatherings. You'll have access to a 3-car garage for storage space, extra fridge & freezer, central heat, A/C and solar panels to help with electricity costs.
