A well rounded school where my son was academically challenged and engaged in many extra curricular activities over his four years. He had wonderful teachers and equally great coaches. Kids were overall nice but he also came directly from the local middle school with a strong friend group. Also plenty of clubs so most kids find their footing pretty quickly The only negative experience my son ever had was with the athletic director who was on numerous occasions rude, arrogant and very condescending to other athletes (and their parents) that are not football players.

Not really about CT, but I wanted to warn anyone else moving from out of district to Lakeside area that the deadline to enroll at CT English is June 1. You can transfer to CT the following year. I was really looking forward to sending my child here, and the alternative in San Jose is not just inconvenient, it's a very different school.

This school has been a great blessing for my daughter. She attended Loma from 23-25 and the support from the teachers, the principal and the school staff has been phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about this school. The teachers here are AMAZING! Even teachers that weren’t directly my daughter’s teacher were supporting and committed to her success. The atmosphere of the school is so different than any other schools she’s attended in the past, and also any other school I have seen. It is with great sadness we had to leave Loma due to moving out of the district. We will always remember the incredible work, dedication and support this school and community has provided us. Thank you!
