Pacifica International LLC, is offering a smoke-free property on the south side of Des Moines. Two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, 1.5 bathrooms, with a very spacious living room/dinning room. Basement is roughly 500 sq feet of unfinished basement for plenty of storage. Basement is dry and well kept. This property has washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. We maintenance all appliances for you. Tenants are responsible for utilities, lawn care and snow removal.

The back yard is private with mature trees and the deck and patio afford summer enjoyment. Tenants enjoy the convenience of a garage. Close to shops and transportation and easy access to schools, Southridge Mall and the freeway. This is a smoke-free property.

There is a $250.00(ONE time fee-non-refundable) pet fee for approved pets. Security Deposit is 2xs the monthly rent(fully refundable). To qualify income must exceed three times the monthly rent. If you wish to apply, we run credit, criminal and rental history check. There is a $40.00 non refundable application fee, per adult or co-signer.

Tenants pay utilities and is responsible for all lawn care and snow removal. This is a NON-smoking property!
