About this House

Extra large 20x20 basement level room in relatively large 5 bedroom house. It's the only room on basement level & feels private & seperate.

Prefer young professional in 20s, great first/second place moving out from folks situation. Independent n separate but home setting.

This room has a pretty separate feeling, house is split level so when you walk in front door you can go straight down your stairs that no one else uses. I tend to get my longest lasting roommates with this room bc it has more in an apartment feel. (7 years & 3.5 years)

Mellow, friendly, independent environment.

Unfurnished n carpet will b cleaned prior to move in.

Photos r from before painting n carpet cleaning. Last photos r most recent w/ cream/beige walls. (Lower quality photos, screen shots form a video site and wouldn't let me post)

Most of the mom and pop shoes are closing and now it doesn’t feel neighborly. Been living here for 20 years and I hope to see Anaheim be something different."
