I'm renting out my furnished home for the summer while I'm travelling. This house is in an amazing location on a quiet street, perfect for experiencing the Gorge to the fullest. The house is 3-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and furnished with everything you need and is move-in ready so you can start enjoying Hood River summer.

House has in-house laundry, great, fenced-in outdoor space, and backs onto a park. The attached garage has plenty of storage for all your adventure gear.

The house has two separate living rooms, one with TV and one with a sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

I hope you'll love it as much as I do and enjoy living in the best place I know!

Mid-term lease: 30 day minimum, available August 1st until October 30th.

This is a furnished home intended for mid-term stays in Hood River, OR for the summer season. All utilities are included as well as lawn maintenance. The house is set up for immediate living and comfort, with everything you need for a great stay here in the gorge.

Pets are allowed with a refundable pet deposit.

Property is non smoking.

Driveway and street parking are provided.

    "Dee Hwy is gorgeous in every season. The towering pines are beautiful and smell so fresh. There is great hiking and biking are right outside your door with close access to county forest land. It is a quiet and peaceful spot. It is 12 minutes to the Heights in hood River, 5 minutes to the local market, 5 minutes to the Punchbowl, a local swimming spot, and 30 minutes to skiing."
