There was at one time a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, that has since been removed, but the drain and water hookups are still there for an easy installation process if you would like to put another in. The home also had a new roof put on in 2020, as well as new furnace and AC around the same time. The home also has hardwood flooring throughout the house, besides the two spare bedrooms and the bathrooms. The spare bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms have tile. The home also has its own well, so the only utility associated with the property is electric. The property also has a carport and 4 stall garage/shop complete with insulated man cave/storage area. Two of the garage stalls are roughly 12'x25', one is 16'x22', and the end stall is a smaller 9'x18' for the lawnmower and other storage. The man cave area is 16'x25' and features wood stove and stainless steel deep sink with counter space and cabinets. It also has built-in fishing rod storage, and a shooting area on a back porch with a covered firewood storage area. The garage also has a lean-to off one side that has been fenced in to act as a covered dog kennel, it would also make for a great spot to finish out for chickens. There are also two 10'x16' storage buildings that are separate from the garage, and a homemade storm shelter. One of the best features of the property is the acreage it sits on. It has a new pipe corral and fenced in area for livestock that is around 1.5 acres. There is a developed trail system on the property and a food plot for all the wildlife. It also features 5 stocked ponds with amazing rock work and a fishing shack. The largest of the ponds is stocked with catfish, bass, crappie, perch, bullhead, and a few grass carp. The next largest pond has crappie, hybrids, bluegill, and some grass carp as well. The other three ponds are bait ponds, two of which are stocked with minnows and the third with perch and sunfish.
