Wonderful quiet neighborhood with large tree lined streets. Great hiking trails in Pasadena and Altadena just minutes away. Victory Park is 2 blocks down the street. Old Town Pasadena and The Rose Bowl are just a few minutes away...Literally 2 minutes to the 210 Fwy entrance. Los Angeles is 10 miles south on the 110 Freeway, the beaches are 25 miles south and west. 20 minutes from the Burbank Airport, Close to CalTech and the famous Huntington Gardens, 15 minutes from Santa Anita racetrack and Los Angeles Arboretum. There is also a Los Angeles Metro station less than half a mile away (the Allen stop on the Gold Line).
