Only 30 minutes from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville, where you have PLENTY of shopping and local restaurants galore! Ample shopping and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Quiet neighborhood, situated on a cul-de-sac, private, with year-round mountain views."
