This completely refurbished, new apartment is located in the historic Western Building at the corner of 3rd and Main. It is just two blocks from the Corn Palace and offers a beautiful view of Mitchell. Located centrally in Mitchell, you'll have easy access to all of what this town has to offer, from dining and entertainment to shopping and cultural attractions.

Every detail has been considered in the restoration of the building. Absolutely EVERYTHING is new. The plumbing. Brand new vinyl flooring. New electrical and appliances. Stay comfortable year-round with our new central heating and air, ensuring optimal temperature control in every season.

The building restoration is rapidly nearing completion, and many of the apartments are now ready to be moved in. The building includes amenities such as a shared laundry room and a recreation room that includes work-out equipment which is available to tenants all year round! Tenants also have access to a private parking lot that's located across the street. One year leases only. All utilities are included except for internet.

By next year there is also a plan of a new family style restaurant to be built on the first floor of the building.

One year lease only. Pets are an additional $100 deposit and $25 in monthly rent. Pets must be trained well enough to not bother fellow tenants. All utilities except internet are included.
