  • Llightbourne10
"Lots of nice areas to walk, nature trails, and dog friendly restaurants. They do shoot a lot of guns in our neighborhood which our dogs hate."
  • Wayne W.
"pretty well mixed neighborhood. Many fairly young families with plenty of kids. Neighborhood feels safe and a lot of people walk or ride their bikes. The streets are fairly narrow and can get congested at times."
  • Elizabeth H.
"This neighborhood is secluded and nice and quiet. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have loved it since day one! "
  • Phyllis T.

"there are many people in this neighborhood that are nice and will go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Also it is very easy to get to stores whether they are large ones, convenience stores or markets. "
  • Paul R.
"careful of traffic if your dog gets loose. it's best to have a fenced yard if you own a dog . Also from what I see my neighbors clean up after their pets."
  • Bwhite4732
"Where I live, the traffic is bad, the landlord is unbelievable and neighbors really don’t communicate. Then the 24-7 sound of police cars racing down the street and occasional gunfire at nite. Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
  • Jacqueline R.
"courteous, respectful, helpful. they communicate before reacting. I was away from home last June (mom had passed away). I didn't tell anyone ; when I got home the neighbors had keep my grass cut perfectly... Other neighbors had keep watch of my home, omg this was without them knowing what I was going through. no recrimination from anyone just genuine concern.. unbelievable neighbors & community.."
  • Bob K.
"Neighbors are very nice! everybody say hello! The lawns are all kept nice mostly by the owners themselves. Great place to live."
  • Rosa C.
"I’ve been here for a little over a month now and I love my Neighborhood so far. Stores are conveniently close and we’re up the block to the lake. My only problem is the “blind mosquitos” they’re a pain and they swarm the houses! Other than that we’re good. "
  • Justin
"I love the small town, I just wish that there were a few more younger families around. We’re heading to Clermont that is a littler newer and more to our family needs. "
  • Teri
"I drive 45 minutes to work on 441. The traffic can be thick at rush hour times of the day. Lots of police monitoring speed. "
  • Allitrimble14
"Our neighborhood is full of friendly dog owners. Most don't have to worry about any breeds being judged. Our neighbors constantly walk the dogs with no problems. Most even bring then to the events eustis has. "
