Andrew the real high point was you and your maintenance staff. You are incredibly friendly and approachable, and had a very firm but fair and equitable approach to everything. And Garland and Miles were probably the most responsive and approachable maintenance staff that one could ever expect when renting an apartment .Garland was there quickly and helped us with what we needed with a smile.
Had we not purchased our home, we likely would have stayed for years. For anyone looking to rent an apartment in Lancaster city, there is no place I can recommend more. I hope we will stay in touch Andrew!

MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT! Included in Rent: water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, monitored security system, hot water. Residents pays for electricity. Off-street parking is available for an additional $60 per month. We will consider allowing pets on a case-by-case basis. If a pet is permitted, an additional $50 monthly fee will apply per met. There are a limited number of storage cages available for residents' use on a first-come-first serve basis. Storage cages lease for an additional $50 per month. Please note that most properties require that applicants' combined gross income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Two month's rent security deposit required to hold apartment. Pro-rated first month's rent due at lease signing.
