This space is in a remodeled lower level of a split-level home with splendid views, and great natural light from an 8ft sliding glass door that opens into a large, fenced yard. The kitchen has new appliances, cupboards and is joined by a spacious living room area that includes a love seat, couch, coffee table and chair with ottoman. The bedroom is carpeted with a full bed, dresser, a private full bath and there is a bonus room to serve as an office, TV room or other use. Laundry, entry stairwell, utilizes, and yard are shared with the owner.

 Rent is $1000/month. The deposit is $1000.
 It is a month-to-month lease.
 All utilities (heat, electricity, water, sewer, trash) are included in the rent.
 Shared wi-fi included: private Wi-Fi optional on our own line.
 No smoking, candles, or incense
 Single occupancy only. Given how my property and utilities are shared, the best fit is someone who likes living alone and is willing to adhere to quiet hours.
Dog may be permitted upon approval.
Renter needs to agree to take care of the house and animals when I am gone.
 Renter has access to half of the two-car driveway and the mailbox.

About Owner.
I am a retired professional and long-time Missoulian. I have an old cat and an active older dog that is part border collie/cattle dog. I love the outdoors and depending on the season I am either hiking, biking, skiing, camping, or fishing. I like to take trips, primarily camping and some place warm for a few weeks in the winter.
