About this House

This property is a high pride of ownership apartment located in a quiet and nice 4Plex. The available apartment is an upstairs unit. It has like new carpet and range with new paint, dishwasher, kitchen hood and ceiling fan and light. The bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. This is a very comfortable floor plan in a safe and secure community with most residents living with us multiple years. Each unit has a private lockable single car garage and one very large open parking space off street. To help maintain our nice environment we have a daily random security patrol 24 hours a day.

Owner pays for water and trash. We require a minimum credit score of 650 and 2-1/2 times the rent for house hold income. Minimum lease term is one year. We are a non smoking and drug free community.
