Flexible lease terms

Tucked into one of Tucson's most walkable neighborhoods, this well-lit bungalow offers something increasingly rare: genuine character and a generous yard where desert sunsets feel like they're putting on a show just for you. The home has that lived-in warmth that only comes from thoughtful details like lanterns and lamps that cast the right kind of glow, and concrete flooring that stays cool underfoot during those blazing summer months. Step outside and you've got room to breathe, a spacious yard perfect for morning coffee, ambitious gardening projects, and a storage shed for all of life's extras.

Here's what really makes this spot special: location without the compromise. So, you're a stone's throw from Drachman Stadium and Templo Fitness, yet tucked away enough to feel like your own quiet corner. El Con Shopping Center is right there when you need it, and both the U of A campus and downtown are close enough to reach without the headache of living in the thick of it. Practical perks include heat and AC, off-street parking, and all the essentials: washer, dryer, full kitchen appliances. Desert landscaping means you can spend weekends doing literally anything other than fighting with a lawn. This is the kind of place where you can actually see yourself living, not just staying.
