Through the archway, the formal dining room will comfortably fit an eight person dining table while featuring a long wall mounted mirror and charming corner built-in cabinets for your special place settings. The front bedroom will comfortably fit a king sized bed while the back may more comfortably fit a queen. Separating the two you will find built-in linen cabinetry and the vintage green bathroom that offers a separate soaking bathtub and tiled shower stall with an arched entryway. The most adorable set of built-in vanity storage drawers at the foot of the bathtub will be perfect for keeping your favorite bath bombs, soaps, lotions and candles!

"Great public school managed by parents . It is a progressive neighborhood with art and culture at its forefront. Not as diverse as it should be. But seeking diversity as a community. And although it has become more affluent over the last two decades there is still an element of the original character of the neighborhood. "

"There is a halfway house on the corner of Descanso and Robinson. Some people are not aware of this, because both streets are beautiful. It does not belong in our community. It is unsafe and it is the one thing preventing our neighborhood from being the best it can be. The “residents” walk back and forth on Descanso, and I’ve been followed on 3 separate occasions and did not feel safe."
