The house is 5 blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart & 4 blocks from UC Berkeley and walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theaters.

Co-living and co-working spaces are shared. We can handle all apartment amenities, kitchen and bathroom essentials and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest. If you desire privacy but would still enjoy a community of academics to engage with, then this is for you!

We are looking for a responsible group of individuals to rent a furnished apartment for one year. This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.
