Even though we have property insurance, it will not cover your personal belongings. Without renters' insurance, you would have to pay to replace your things if they were stolen in a burglary or damaged by a fire. Our office provides a plan for $13.00 a month or you can sign up for your own plan

    "My kids were grown when we moved here so I’m not intimately familiar with considerations for children… there are a few streets where traffic is heavy and fast, as well as a few open canals that could be dangerous. I would be very cognizant of these hazards if I had small children and I was looking for a home—find the smaller/quieter streets that are near the open spaces. "
