"I've lived in this town for 2 years and I love it. I had a job before moving here and my husband found a job he was very happy with very shortly after moving here, We have been welcomed into the community. Additionally, we love all the recreation opportunities both within and outside of town."

"Welcome to Thermop...this is a great community if you are retired or independently wealthy, there is no shopping and no recreation or night life, the sidewalks roll up right before dark. Jobs are hard to find and this close knit community takes quite awhile to warm up to new comers . If you are determined to live here I sincerely wish you the best of luck and I hope you like to drive because the closest wal mart is 52 miles but the better wal mart and shopping is 83 miles to Cody"
