About this House

Unique living space for artist/musicians:

Hello! I'm Dave and I own/help run 222 Ormsby. 222 Ormsby is a huge (4000+ sq feet!), 5-bedroom house with an attached DIY space that hosts music acts on weekends and has a small recording studio. We occasionally host community meetings in that space also.

There is a ton of space and a ton of potential. That being said - It's a very old house with 1 bathroom besides the venue bathroom. The events are occasional, but there is loud music until 11pm on most weekends and there is alcohol consumed in the venue space. The venue space is separated by a locking door to the rest of the house. The rooms are above the venue space.

The right person (Or couple) would likely be an artist or musician who wants to have studio/rehearsal space where they live and also tolerate the music events on some weekends. When there is an event, sound is off by 11PM at the latest. There is never an event 3 days in one weekend and we average about 6 per month.

Rent depends on how many bedrooms you would like - It's $500 for one room, $850 for two and $1,200 if you want them all.

Tell me a bit about yourself and how many rooms you are interested in when reaching out. Please no auto-replys/tour requests/applications on Zillow.
