Located on Maple St this is one of Bangor Best Neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and parks yet this is no 120+ year old home. You enter a mud room/laundry room on 1st floor then enter the high end kitchen with solid granite countertops and all new stainless appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, plus kitchen has nice pantry. Kitchen is open to large Living room / Dining combo and there's a 1st floor bedroom or could be home office/den and a 3/4 bath that finishes the 1st floor. Features like all wood and composite floors (no carpets), full basement and all new plumbing, heating system make this a great maint free find for our area.
