About this House
Cute, old house with lots of charm. One block from downtown Main Street in Belton. Hardwood floors throughout, washer and dryer in the full basement. Lovely yard and shade trees. Has a separate garage and shed with power.
No management company to deal with, owned and managed by my family from just down the street.
My favorite thing about this house is that it's right on the parade route and close to all the main street activities. Lots of festivals, car shows, live music, food trucks, and various community events throughout the year. You're just three blocks away from a local brewery, just down the street from a couple restaurants, four blocks away from several locally owned shops, and a mile away from Cleveland Lake which has trails and a disc golf course.
Apply through Zillow. Also schedule a tour through Zillow for two dates that are open in early June.
House should be ready by July 25th. Prefer tenants with a 600+ credit score, monthly income of 3x the rent, and good rental history. No smoking, renter covers all utilities, renter must purchase renters insurance. Cats are allowed with pet deposit.
