The Travis Oaks complex is gated, well kept & quiet and features an on site electric vehicle charger for residents only.

The unit has gorgeous Bamboo hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. Appliances are all updated. There are two large bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a custom California Closet and en suite bathroom which was recently fully renovated with a gorgeous walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has a full size bed and desk set up. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower & recently had a facelift. Kitchen is updated, open, bright & fully stocked with everything you need. There are custom room darkening dual shades throughout. The unit is on the first floor with two patios and is well situated within the complex. You will love living here!

If renting furnished: All furniture is included as well as towels and linens. Basic kitchenware, appliances (including in unit washer/dryer), bar stools, smart TV, kitchen table and stools are also included. Custom built patio off the back door with all outdoor furniture included.

Two reserved uncovered parking spaces included - ample visitor parking in designated areas.

Rent for fully furnished and all bills included is $2,400 per month for a 12-month lease, $2,700 for terms less than 12 months.

Rent for unfurnished and only the water bill included is $2,200 for a 12-month lease.

6 or 12 month lease available to be determined upfront. Agreed upon move out date require 60 days notice or risk losing the deposit. Pet deposit ($500) and security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the lease minus any damage that may incur.

Water is covered by the condo HOA. If renting finished, all utilities and internet are covered. If renting unfurnished, only water is included.

Renter may only park in designated spots - spots #9 (9th from the entrance gate) and spot #194 (the 2nd one past the covered spots in front of the unit). May park in spaces labeled visitor and are also able to use the private on site electric vehicle charger.

Guests are allowed at the pool - renter must be present. No private parties allowed in the pool area. Do not leave large items like bikes outside the unit or on the patios. All boxes MUST be broken down prior to recycling. You may not leave large items near dumpsters - trash and recycling must fit in the bins. Please be a good neighbor. Multiple violations of HOA rules will result in fines, loss of security deposit and eviction.

No smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is ok outside on the patios or elsewhere on the property. Must dispose of butts or risk a fine.

Renter responsible for general cleanliness, battery or light bulb replacement. If any items break, must communicate with owners to coordinate a fix. Owners will arrange for A/C check bi-annually. Other repairs to be ad hoc.

Property management handles all landscaping and pest control.

Cats and small dogs allowed ($500 pet deposit) - confirmed in advance with owner.

Owner expects timely communication from renter and can expect the same in return.

Owner will screen based on typical Eligibility Requirements as laid out in Texas Property Code Sec. 92.3515 such as the applicant's:
(1) criminal history;
(2) previous rental history;
(3) current income;
(4) credit history; or
(5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
