"Right near major highway as well as close to restaurants and gas stations. You will enjoy tevery second "
  • Tiana Mells
"Most homes have dogs or seems. I don’t believe we have any issues with loose pets roaming about, nor is there an issue with picking up after pets. I’ve never seen dog waste on the sidewalks. There’s a dog park less than a mile away"
  • Trulia User

  • Zarrea C.
"People get shot and stabbed and robbed and there’s grown men that sit and drink on the corner almost everyday."
  • Alisha W.
"Too many vagrants walking the streets. If you had a play house in your back yard, you would find trash and needles inside. I never see kids outside here. "
  • Shannon W.
"Close to everything you can need. Food, hospital, and about a 20 min walk to the Levee. Public transport two blocks away that will take you just about anywhere. "
  • Jody W.
"Love this end. I have been here 12 years. No problems ever. Good neighbors and landlord. Hope to own a place on this end. "
  • Jody W.
"I’ve lived here for 12 years and I love my neighborhood. Everyone is welcoming and nice. We all watch each other’s homes. "
  • Martha S.
"I like living in charleston because its close to wear i work i am able to walk everyday. Some what quite we just need to find a new place because our landlord is selling our place and they are making it into a halfway house. Which is crazy because its across the street from an school and a daycare. "
  • Michelle J.
"I used to live in the area. The area is quiet, but ecletic. There are older and young families living in the area. Yes, people do tend to keep to themselves, but this is out of respect for each other personal space and diversity. It is the best kept secret in Charleston: feel you are in a hip area of the city without the expense of paying for it."
