There is also easy access to the 13, 24 and 580 highways. EASY COMMUTE - SHORT WALK TO ASHBY BART AND DOWNTOWN BERKELEY BART.
People living here create a friendly but particularly respectful environment. We have 24 units total, with an eclectic mix of people from all backgrounds (family friendly). Most residents choose to live here for a long time. We share a little library and take-it-or-leave-it downstairs in the shared laundry room as well. We have a user-friendly app called Buildium for communication needs, paying rent and even applying online to rent each unit!
