The home is situatied on 1/3 acre lot in the mountainous, quiet, scenic town of Central: 10 min north of Veyo and a 10 min drive to Pine Valley. NO HOA!

The commute to St. George is about 25-30 min. Temps here are typically 10 degrees cooler than St. George which is nice in the summer.

Large fenced back yard and small fenced front yard. Tons of parking for campers, cars, etc. Extra storage space available in the garage. I also have 6 spoiled happy hens that provide us with fresh eggs.

I'm laid back, low-key, clean & tidy. Looking for the same. I work full time in St. George and am in my early 30's.

A pet could be considered I have 1 dog who is the biggest lover boy with people but can be selective with other dogs. If you have a pup we would need to arrange a meet and greet to ensure they get along ok. He has lived with a cat before and does fine with them.

P.S. first room photos have painting gear on the floor ignore that. The carpet is in good condition and stain free. 2nd room has fresh paint as well just don't have updated photos.

6 month lease term, then month to month with required 30 day notice to be given on the first of the month.
