About this House

This home has undergone a 4-month renovation that included new exterior siding, concrete work, new electrical, water heater, flooring, paint, countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Master bedroom has a nice big walk-in closet. One basement bedroom is large enough to be used as a media / game room. The laundry room is large with extra storage area. We are currently installing a new sprinkling system, topsoil, and sod that will be completed prior to move in date. Back yard is fully fenced.

This property if offered at a minimum one-year lease.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintaining the lawn.
