"Great area. Lots of parks, trails and mountain views. Neighborhood has two dog parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds. 4 parks within 1/2 mile of my house. HOA hosts events like movie night in the park and community yard sales. Highly rated schools. Close to the 303, 10 minutes to the 101. 15 minutes to the Arrowhead shopping and dining area."
