Renter pays for electricity and water/garbage. Renter is responsible for maintaining the yard. No smoking inside the house. Parking is regulated by the city and is permitted only on the driveway and carport or in the street in front of the house. Boats less than 22 feet can be parked in these areas. Lease is for one year with the opportunity to renew it with a 3 percent increase in rent. No pets. First month, last month and $2000.00 security deposit required to move in.
