About this House

Tours are now being scheduled for this weekend! Please read all info below.

June 29, 30, 31st 2026.

Option of 1 or 2 year lease. Serious applicants only please.

Prioritizing interested tenants who have filled out application.

Our home is a very unique rental, as it is seen on the HGTV popular TV show, "Unsellable Houses", this property was fully gut renovated in the Spring of 2021.

This beautiful, private home is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac on a beautiful, quiet street in the desirable town of Bothell. Downtown Seattle is a 30 minute drive, the wineries in Woodinville are 15-20 minutes. Grocery stores and Rite Aid, Orange Theory and other conveniences are just 5 minutes down the road.

I really love the layout of the house, the kitchen is huge, with tons of storage and the deck outside of the kitchen with sliding-glass door just makes the whole area feel bright and expansive. It's very fun to cook in!

The windows in the front living room are almost floor to ceiling. There is a gorgeous Japanese Maple tree that provides just the right amount of light filter during the Spring and Summer. It looks like a beautiful umbrella. It's just lovely.

The master bedroom with the balcony/deck and sliding glass door outside of it is really fun. So many fun options like putting a rocking chair, outdoor seating, twinkle lights, etc. It's really nice.

The backyard is huge, there is a huge deck and we put in a new fence in Spring of 2023. We have a garden in the front yard with newly planted strawberries and an herb garden on the deck just outside of the kitchen windows.

The Spring here is unbelievably beautiful, the morning light comes right in through the large, front floor to ceiling windows and there are amazing rhododendron trees that come into full bloom.

There are two fireplaces, one upstairs and one downstairs that create the perfect, romantic atmosphere for the cooler or rainy days. The garage has plenty of space for a large SUV and any other outdoor equipment and storage you might need.

Part of downstairs was recently renovated and is enclosed bedroom/office with an attached full bathroom. Currently we use it as an office with a window, but this could easily work for a long term guest or MIL unit, as entrance could be separate from main front door.

The photos here are from when our house was listed, so this was staged furniture.

Spring through early Fall, the garden in the front yard is absolutely abundant and the soil is perfect if gardening is your thing. We grew successfully and had abundance of so many things: tomatoes, carrots, all sorts of lettuces and greens, snap peas, lavender, so many herbs, garlic, green onions. It works so well and is one of my favorite things that we added to the house. It's not fancy but it works and is so much fun eating so much healthy food home grown.

We are looking for serious, long term renters only. We would love to share our beautiful home with a similar minded couple or family who we know will love it as much as we do.

Please feel free to contact me for more info!

Water and garbage fees are included in the rent. Gas and electric paid by tenant.

"I see lots of dog owners taking their dogs for walks. And there’s always parents passing by with kids, or people jogging/walking doing exercises up and doing the hill. "
  • Ruben H.
"It quiet and well kept, the neighbors are nice and get along well. There easily accessible places like restaurants, shops, and bus stations"
  • Krista B.
"I have lived in Bothell for 18 years. It’s a nice place to live. Most people are friendly, very family oriented neighborhoods. My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
  • Angela F.
"The Neigbors and the peaceful place is a good place to live here, and the big yards and the school are near "
  • Vanessaretallick
"There are nearby art fairs, fundraisers, summertime concerts, outdoor movies. These are my personal favorites "
  • Tony B.
"Block party. Super fun, great bands, great beers. Not a bad price for what you get at all. I love Bothell and all it has to offer these days."
  • William C.
"Lot of space to walk dogs and lot of green belt areas . The side walks are also well maintained and safe "
  • Cyndi M.
"Love the community feel here. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Downtown Bothell has been renovated and it’s a fun place to relax and enjoy the community fun!"
  • Mooretwin
"There are sidewalks, lit streets and doggy poop bags at all mailboxes to ensure poop pick up. The houses are close together so you hear dogs bark"
  • Courtney M.
"lots of very dog reactive dogs left in yards or at least have constant access to the yard to be able to flip out whenever you walk by their fence with your dog on the sidewalk. maybe that's just the immediate neighbors around us. "
  • Chuck Bungles
"We have neighborhood swing parties, and Hawaiian barbecues all the time. Best neighbors ive ever had!"
  • Nvchrysalis
"Nice quiet neighborhood. Mostly doesn’t have sidewalks - so difficult for nighttime walks. Pet friendly. 4 th of July you can watch fireworks for hours"
