About this House

I just renewed my lease back in May, but I am sadly no longer able to stay here due school and job changes that came rather unexpectedly. I need to be out of here by September 1st. I am looking for someone or a family, anyone right now to take over. I am willing to work out details with you in person. We currently are paying $665 by including a garage, (there is also a separate assigned parking lot number, which is included in rent) and my 2 cats, but rent would otherwise be $595 without.Please keep in mind it will look much better than pictures since I am currently packing.Water is paid once every 3 months, usually about $90 with 2-3 peopleElectric is monthly normally about $50Heating is included
