2201 Arbrook is a family owned and managed townhome community. Units are oversized and finished out like a custom home (large 50 gallon hot water heater, floor to ceiling subway tile shower, in ceiling LED lighting, tall ceilings, etc.). Our location is excellent with immediate access to 360 and I20. Additionally the Arlington Highlands mall is just a few minutes driving down Arbrook to the west.

Renter is responsible for utilities, no extra charges except for the optional garage or carports. Each unit comes with a reserved parking space.
