4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm currently a student at central high and its the best school I have ever attended. (That's saying something since I've gone to five different schools throughout my life.) I have really good friends and everyone I've met is weirdly really really nice, but its probably only weird to me because I came from a middle school with some really bad people. I'm glad to say that Central is not like that though. I'm only in ninth grade right now but everything I have gone through at this school has been amazing! The sports team are great! (except for football, but were getting better?) There's hundreds of clubs to join, I really recommend joining some. Football games, basketball games, and the dances are going to be the nights of your life! Oh and btw the 2026 class made the number of students that go to central bump up to 3,000, so I hope you love being around people!Student Review1y ago - Dunbar Magnet Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a substitute at BTW and have been there on a regular basis for two years. There has not been a single teacher or administrator that has not shown a great love for these children and their education. There are children from troubled homes, kids with behavior problems, BUT the staff, the community and the parents will not give up!Other Review7y ago - Check out schools near 2201 Center St.

"We lived in west Little Rock for nine years before moving Downtown. This is the best neighborhood in central Arkansas. It's like living in a small town surrounded by a city! We know almost all of our neighbors. It's safe and convenient. We bicycle to the River Market, the Art Center at McArthur Park, the River Trail (over twenty miles of biking/walking trails), the historic museums, and the Clinton Presidential Library/Museum. Lots of fine restaurants and fast food places. The State Capitol and Governor's Mansion remind us that we are a center of government (Federal, State, County, & Metro) and politics. "

"We live in this neighborhood and love it-- mostly for the charm of the older homes and friendly neighbors. Many homes are in disrepair. I'm a young woman, and I wouldn't feel safe walking my dogs after 10 pm. The nearby grocery store is pretty poor quality. The neighborhood is getting a Boulevard Bread Co.-- which adds incredible value in my gluttonous opinion. Community Bakery and Juanitas are also a few short blocks away-- but they're nothing to write home about."
