4 Private Rooms for rent. All utilities included. Water, trash, heat, A/C, electricity, and WiFi. three 1st floor bedrooms and 2 baths, 2 study areas. The house sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful flowers, grass, and trees. A large sun room overlooks the spacious yard with comfortable chairs and exercise equipment.

We are renting the 3 ~11x12 bedrooms downstairs, and 1 very large private room upstairs. Each bedroom includes a bed, desk chair, dresser, and a walk-in closet.

The spacious kitchen is the heart of the home. It has extensive granite countertops, many kitchen appliances, and significant cabinetry. A handy island with built-in cabinets houses a stainless steel gas cooktop.

The estate-sized lot is minutes from upscale shopping and fine dining. Lakewood Pines is a tiny hidden gem located in the center of Greenville. This house is close to the Universities. This lovely home is only minutes from East Carolina University (ECU) and the ECU Medical Center.

    "I have lived in this neighborhood for three and a half years and some people are friendly, others are not. I have not seen one of my neighbors in a week but that’s ok. It is such a peaceful area. There may be kids playing occasionally but does not bother me."

    "This neighborhood is is easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The city has great colleges with top notch educators. For the most part this neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, I wish that neighbors would not let their dogs run off the leash. This is an accident waiting to happen."

It is a great place to walk or ride your bike. We are close to several grocery stores, shopping and the mall. There are many great restaurants close by. "

    "I lived in this area for a little over 3 years. The area was mostly quiet, although gunshots and fights would break out occasionally at various apartment complexes in the area. We liked being close to the greenway and the dog park, but college kids don't keep their dogs on leashes and it resulted in my dog and I being attacked several times (she was unharmed each time luckily). This area is a low-cost living area to get your foot in the door until you can get something better. Dog owners be wary of apartments close by and college-aged kids with dogs. "
