"just great place to live in and U would invite anyone in my family to live here with me. This was a very peaceful place that I really enjoyed and built memorys. I always thought of it as a place to raise a family and you get the best of both worlds. you can enjoy the city life and country life...easy living is what I call it. This Is the perfect place for that and I would recommend it to anyone."
  • Tamekawise25
"This community is very tight knit. Everyone knows each other or knows each other’s families. Cook outs are usually very open to whomever wants to come. "
  • Aaron P.

"Great people who become family. A community that continues to expand and grow. Love it here. It’s the best. "
  • Tina P.
"I live here for 3 years now. I plan on moving because I need a more rural area. the price of the units are to expensive. "
  • Chelsea D.
"The dogs seem friendly and the owners have them leashed when walking down the street. There are all types of breeds and there aren’t any problems with any of them. Well raised dogs by respectable owners."
  • Tina P.
"I drive myself to and from my places needed to go. also I drive my kids as well. no public transportation in the area."
  • Charlotte T.
"Christmas parades are awesome for the kids. Also outside concerts and game days for the kids, brings something great to the community. "
  • Fpamiller
"People are always walking dogs my my neighborhood and it's quite family friendly. They will stop to chat and be friendly."
  • Tamill M.
"I live in this neighborhood of coatesville. A lot of nosey people but for the most part I minds my business and stay to myself. It’s not that bad for me. My neighbors are not bad we get along for the most part. We can borrow food from each other when needed. Parking may be a little scarce. Get togethers could be a little difficult due to parking. Not enough parks for the visitors. You get some bad neighbors after a while but nothing to bad if so you just live with it or move to another location but I feel Coatesville is becoming better day by day. Family and friends are coming together to make it a better community. They have big plans for Coatesville and I’m excited to see what’s in store for our future children. The kids today have a absolutely nothing to do other then school. Schools have after school programs for parents who work a little later to help the kids with homework and school work. I feel safe in my neighborhood because I know almost everybody or know a family member. Mostly everybody in Coatesville know each other or a family member. Unless the person may not be from around the area."
  • Jenheacock
"Great neighborhood. Friendly and everyone watches out for one another! Lots of dogs in the neighborhood and we all look out for each other’s in an instance in which they get lost etc"
  • Beemc1
"There are parks that allow dog walking. They provide litter bags to make it easy to pick up dog mess. "
  • shallock
"Beautiful area, quiet, and the neighbors are nice. However, the roads are very narrow and windy, and fairly treacherous in inclement weather. 4wd or AWD is a must if you need to get around in the wintertime. "
  • Heather M.
"My mom has lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years staying with until I find a 2 bedroom it is quiet and in the woods peaceful I guess "
  • Alyssa P.
"The Coatesville school district is a last resort and many families use private school. The high taxes don’t line up with this. However, home prices are relatively affordable. "
  • Joanna M.
"There is no dog parks near by. There is dog poop on sidewalks. Some like it, but others don’t. There are more cat people."
  • Julia N.
"Their is not alot to do in Coatesville that's why I'm trying to move outside of Coatesville and the transportation system is horrible the buses are always late, no real activities for teenagers around here."
  • Jeremy S.
"It’s. Nice school district is a little rough but it’s a nice area there’s private schools for your kids "
  • Tyree
"schools and the community not sure about this area to much I work in valley and like the customers that live in the area"
  • Lfterrell
"I'm retired, but for my neighbors they all drive their POVs. public transportation is not convenient. "
  • lindsay B.
"Take me only 45 minutes to get to work every morning The commute to work isn't bad The bus is only crowded early in the mornings in the evenings not so much nice area to live in "
  • Rosebud41 s.
"My neighborhood has limited access to public transportation. You need a car to get around especially if you work in the city. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to drive to Thorndale so that I can take the train to Center City which takes 1 hr 20 minutes to get there. "
  • Barbara M.
"It’s small out here a lot of places are walking distance but no big or major grocery stores in town. A car is necessary "
