    "The very quiet neighborhood and peaceful view down the canal and across Pelican Bay. Minutes to Publix, post office, church, or a golf course. Bay or Open water sailing with little motor time to get underway. A small Art Center in Englewood provides courses in all types of media. Boca Grande Pass is 6.5 miles to the south. Back water fishing is even closer around Gasparilla Sound. Kayaking is just one more way to take advantage of these varied waters. The biking is care free with little to no traffic. Yes, even roller skating in the neighborhood! You will find mostly retirees here with 40% being snow birds. The school bus comes right to the Sub-division club house to pick all the kids up. This is safe area for all the kids outdoor playing, biking etc."
