12. Under-sink RO water filter provides bottled water quality drinking water and
water for the refrigerator and ice maker
13. Under slab radon mitigation system
14. Additional insulation in attic
15. Custom window treatments and blinds in all rooms
16. A new driveway and front walkway were installed in 2023.
17. Kitchen refrigerator to be replaced by owner prior to sale
