What Locals Say about Bethlehem

  • G.f.rizzo
"Bethlehem is a peaceful place to live. The town is friendly & it’s a beautiful New England town. We have good schools surrounding us, a Lake to swim & enjoy boating on in the summer. We have 3 good Restaurants in town & a deli. Children’s sports are available throughout the year. It’s a safe place to live."
  • G.f.rizzo
"I lived in this area for 44 years & our neighborhood & town is very friendly. It is a beautiful small country town with gorgeous views & lots of hills."
  • Quinn B.
"Space with friendly down to earth people. Very few ugly mega-homes. Everything well maintained. Great farm stands"
  • Maria C. C. A.
"Dog owners would not like all the wildlife, such as bear and foxes. Dog owners would enjoy all of the large yards and paths to walk. "
  • G f. r.
"There are many families in our neighborhood & we are close to a lake for swimming & an active farm is also close to the neighborhood."
  • Bingorab
"The locals don't like you unless you marry somebody from Bethlehem or have family there. I live there nine years and was subject to attacks from the locals including setting my mailbox on fire, driving over my street sign post that I spent days making, etc. Also any local business you hire, chimney sweep, plumber, etc will overcharge you for shoddy work and treat you badly. This was my experience from nine years as an "outsider.""
