Single middle-aged male owns and lives at house. Basically a quiet home, reasonable, respectful mindset. Looking to reduce cost of living, happy to have shared space. Two rooms for rent. One reasonable, respectful housemate already in place. Looking for someone with similar mindset, easy to get along with, not demanding, just looking for a decent place to live and share space with. Could be student/young person, or someone in between housing, or just living on modest means.
