Two lofts! Can both be used for storage or the loft over the restroom used for storage and the larger loft used for sleeping (that’s how I used it). Ladder designed for accessing both lofts. Fuse box easily accessible and easily hidden. I removed the floor trim in order to install a custom-built storage bench that serves both as storage and couch-like seating. I can remove the bench and reinstall the trim if you’d like. The original design had a murphy bed in the same space, so you can do the same. The storage bench can turn into a guest bed.

Exterior last waterproofed/stained in spring of 2023. Exterior caulking replaced spring 2024.
