"Just moved here in June. Fairly quiet area. Good views of the mountains. Lots of trees and grass. Small lakes close by. Close to good shopping. Close to the airport but you do not hear the planes."

"Great area for everything Asheville and Family. Centrally located just minutes from everything. Don't tell, but you can hike to a little lake from here! Yeah'... I'm partial living in South Asheville, but to me, this section of town has it all including 4 seasons of weather on flat level streets!"

"GREAT area! Scenic mountain views throughout the area! Wonderful place to raise a family, enjoy retirement and work. Local parks, streams and plenty of outdoor activities for year-round enjoyment. Only 30 minutes from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from downtown Hendersonville, where you have PLENTY of shopping and local restaurants galore! Ample shopping and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Quiet neighborhood, situated on a cul-de-sac, private, with year-round mountain views."

"I've lived in this area now for about 8-9 years and it is a very friendly part of Asheville. Local schools, churches and easy access to dining and shopping (all within 5-10 minute drive). Strongly recommended if you love the outdoors and abundant wlldlife."

"I used to live here and I miss it so much! The best location for enjoying home life but close to everything.Beautiful views. You never have to worry about getting out during a snow storm.No mountain goat roads."

"This area is nicely wooded with low traffic and many beautiful homes. Most homes are governed by HOA's which keeps things very nice. A really great place to live for families. Close to everything yet very private."
