3-MONTH LEASE with potential opportunity to extend. No smoking allowed. No parties allowed. Can have 2 additional guests at pool at a time; it is a common area and must be respected as such; all trash etc must be cleaned and removed after use. Must maintain washer/dryer per instructions as it is a ventless system and requires minor additional maintenance. Any stains or broken appliances/furniture/lamps/etc will come out of security deposit. Upstairs loft area will be vacant and is off-limits to renter who will have access to all amenities and necessities on first floor. Landlord covers wi-fi and other maintenance fees.
