The apartment occupies the entire third floor (top floor) of the building and is accessed by stairs. This is one of only five apartments in the building.

Additional amenities include a private rear parking lot, and dedicated storage space, and a shared washer and dryer in the basement. Water is included; tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
