This is an amazingly large apartment in a fourplex with an unbelievably large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. 1542 square feet. The new vinyl wood plank flooring looks very nice. In this area is a built in desk with drawers, a double closet, a peninsula bar with large cabinets underneath. This forms a cute area for your dining table. This joins with the kitchen area which has ample cabinets and counter tops for meal prep. There is a gas stove, refrigerator, and a walk in pantry with large, deep shelves.

In the hall is a closet for storage. Each bedroom has a nice sized closet. The bathroom has the large tub/shower and a floor to ceiling linen cabinet with clothes hamper. There are washer and dryer hook ups in the apartment.

You have a small porch on front and back and a carport to protect your car from the elements. You may also use the convenient street parking.

Great location near SFA. Easy access to travel to Lufkin without hitting high traffic areas.

There is only 15-17 homes in the neighborhood and only ond entrance making traffic non-existant. My personal opinion of this home is that it is the nicest home in the neighborhood. I wished we would have known this home was going to enter the market otherwise we would have waited!"
