Welcome to this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house located in St George, UT. This home features 2 community pools and a community playground. Paved walking trail located right behind the house. Hidden Valley Park is just a couple of blocks away. Second refrigerator will be left in the garage and can be used.

Washer and dryer included.

Not all furniture in photos will be included. All larger furniture items will stay at property with the exception of the
top bunk bed and piano. TV's included. Call for details.

All decor, personal items, and items on the wall will be removed.

Front landscaping is included. Backyard landscaping is the tenant's responsibility.

Shed is NOT for tenant use!

NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.

Schools are plentiful and Take Out food is very diverse, you need to be aware that 100 degree day days are common for 10 months of the year but if you can handle that, its a great family city."
